This bill allows a person to use a historical name to refer to a
building, structure, or business such as "drugstore" or
"pharmacy" if he or she does not engage in the practice of

Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration
will retain the authority to prohibit persons who sell a

vitamin, dietary, mineral, or other supplement intended for human
application, absorption, or consumption from using certain words
to describe themselves or their businesses.
